The Role

We are seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer at Associate or Senior Associate level to join the firm's growing Sydney Real Estate team.

Working closely with experienced partners, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of commercial property matters, including:

- Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
- Commercial, retail and industrial leasing
- Property development projects and transactions
- Due diligence and property investment matters
- Acting for developers, investors and corporate clients
- Working alongside corporate, construction and finance teams on larger transactions
- Managing matters independently and developing client relationships





About You

We're interested in speaking with lawyers who have:

- 3+ years PQE in Commercial Property
- Experience gained within a reputable boutique, mid-tier, national or international law firm
- Robust commercial leasing, acquisitions and disposals experience
- Exposure to property development and complex transactions
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and client management skills
- A commercial approach and an interest in long-term career progression
