About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to join our Finance and Procurement Compliance AI Platform team. You will help build, operate, and scale a production solution that automates purchasing compliance checks across the procure-to-pay lifecycle. The platform processes contracts, invoices, and timesheets using Azure AI, Document Intelligence, and large language model (LLM)-powered validation workflows.

It is designed to produce accurate, auditable outcomes while retaining appropriate human oversight.

You will develop cloud-native services and data integrations using Python and Azure technologies, including Azure Functions and Durable Functions. The role also involves working with Cosmos DB and Snowflake, orchestrating document-processing pipelines, supporting reliable deployments, and improving monitoring and observability. You will collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver maintainable services and evaluation capabilities that help teams measure and improve model performance.

Qualifications





You will bring at least five years of skilled Python development experience and a strong foundation in software engineering practices. You should have hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, particularly Azure Functions, as well as SQL, Snowflake, and production data pipelines. Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, and the development or operation of reliable cloud-based services is required.

The successful candidate communicates clearly, approaches technical challenges methodically, and can work effectively across multidisciplinary teams. You should be comfortable working with enterprise data and designing solutions with security, quality, maintainability, and auditability in mind. Experience in regulated environments is valuable.

Additional experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure Document Intelligence, SAP integrations, MLflow, Azure Machine Learning, Infrastructure as Code, or GitLab CI/CD will be advantageous. Familiarity with observability practices and tools is also desirable.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain Python services and serverless components that support compliance workflows. Build and enhance Azure Functions and Durable Functions to process documents and coordinate event-driven workloads. Develop, integrate,



and optimize data pipelines that move information between enterprise systems and Snowflake, applying sound SQL and data-management practices.

Contribute to the implementation of document-processing and AI validation workflows, ensuring outputs can be reviewed and traced. Create and maintain automated tests, participate in code reviews, and apply engineering standards that support dependable production releases. Work with CI/CD pipelines to deliver changes safely and consistently.

Implement monitoring, logging, and observability capabilities to help teams understand service health and investigate issues. Support evaluation infrastructure for data scientists, enabling model performance to be measured and tracked. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, document solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement of platform quality, scalability, and security.
