Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer to join our Vlocity team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have 5 7 years of experience in quality assurance, specifically within the Salesforce Industry Cloud environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our applications, focusing on components such as Customer & Party, Omnistudio, Service Console, and Service Journeys.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various components of the Vlocity platform.

Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, ensuring timely resolution.

Perform regression testing and validate fixes to ensure quality standards are met.

Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality aspects of the code.





Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in QA and Salesforce technologies.

Mandatory Skills

Proven experience in QA testing within the Salesforce Industry Cloud, specifically Vlocity.

Strong understanding of Salesforce components, including Customer & Party, Omnistudio, Service Console, and Service Journeys.

Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.

Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

Familiarity with defect tracking tools and methodologies.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Agile methodologies and working in an Agile setting.

Knowledge of performance testing and security testing.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Experience in mentoring junior QA engineers.
