Our ideal candidate is someone with strong experience in the Australian VET/RTO sector who understands training package requirements, ASQA standards and compliance, and the development of quality training and assessment resources. They are highly organised, motivated, detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to review existing resources, identify gaps and develop practical solutions to improve the quality and consistency of our training delivery.

RTO quality, compliance and coordination experience is a must and candidates with their Cert IV Training and Assessment (TAE) are encouraged to apply.



We are looking for someone that can work on training and assessment strategies, course setup, delivery QAQC, resource improvements, trainer career development and across our assessment tools that, importantly, also has an understanding of business and a mindset of quality blended with commerciality.

With our operations Team based in Merimbula, NSW, we are targeting someone local to the area, in southern NSW or in the vicinity of the ACT/Canberra within a reasonable driving distance from the Team. In this regard, this role can be office based or working from home depending on the location of the employee.
