A Senior Conveyancing Paralegal position has become available within a highly regarded national Law firm based in Sydney CBD. This role will see you working in a highly regarded Real Estate team under the guidance of a very well regarded Partner. This varied role will see you responsible for running conveyancing files from start to finish, so you will have a strong commercial property background along with PEXA experience to meet the mark.

Each day will be interesting and varied with duties including:

- Focussed primarily on property sales
- Running conveyancing files from start to finish
- Preparing documentation, conducting searches
- Mentoring the junior Paralegal in the team
- Developing and maintaining client relationships

Requirements:

To meet expectations in this role, you are required to have:

- A minimum of 8 years experience in a Senior Conveyancing Paralegal or Licensed Conveyancer role
- Proven NSW Conveyancing experience within Commercial Property, managing conveyancing files from start to finish
- Strict attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- A keen, motivated approach with robust communication skills
