Sole Focus Podiatry & Wellness is a growing podiatry and wellness clinic seeking a motivated and driven team member to join our team in a permanent part-time position.

About the Role
This fast-paced and agile role will see you as the face of our business. You'll be responsible for greeting clients, facilitating customer traffic, and coordinating and managing the podiatrists' schedules.
Other duties include processing payments, booking appointments (including managing time slots and cancellations), invoicing, following up on outstanding accounts, supporting the podiatrists with daily tasks, and maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the clinic and reception area.
Working Hours
- Permanent part-time position
- Start date:
Thursday 14th January 2027
- Thursdays: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
- Fridays: 9:30 am – 5:30 pm
- Every second Monday: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
About You We're looking for someone with the following qualifications and experience:
- Prior experience working in reception/administration roles
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Excellent computer skills
- Fast learner with a positive attitude
- Ability to take initiative and manage additional tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
