About You

You take pride in a well-organised office and enjoy providing friendly, productive and thoughtful service to clients and their families.

You’ll be comfortable working with children and families, able to build rapport quickly and confident managing competing priorities. You’ll bring a calm and positive approach to your work and enjoy being part of a close-knit team of speech pathologists and admin colleagues.

You’ll Need

· Strong communication and computer skills

· A current Working with Children Check

· Permanent Australian working rights with no restrictions

· A minimum of 2 years’ reception or administration experience in a healthcare setting

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

· Familiarity with NDIS and Medicare referral pathways

· Confidence using practice management software

· Cliniko experience (a bonus)

What You’ll Get

· A 2–3 day work week

· A supportive environment where you can work independently while always having a colleague available to help

· The opportunity to work within a highly respected, long-established practice

· A healthy and supportive team culture

· Opportunities to learn and grow professionally

· The satisfaction of being part of a team that makes a genuine difference to people’s lives
