Overview

We are looking for balanced communicators who can assess fair wording, relevance, and consistency in scenario responses. You will perform AI evaluation of generated conversations and multimedia content for respectful language and prompt alignment. This opportunity is remote, with flexible hours and assignments based on project availability. Students, recent graduates and working professionals are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Review scenario outputs for explicit communication, consistent criteria, and biased assumptions.
- Compare responses and identify which follows the stated criteria more fairly.
- Support your rating with specific wording and contextual evidence.




- Take part in English conversations with AI models when assigned to voice tasks.
- Record your ratings using project guidelines and flag examples that are difficult to judge.

Requirements

- Confident spoken English and clear written communication.
- Balanced judgment of language and fairness.
- Ability to apply fairness criteria consistently to scenario-based content.
- A computer, reliable internet and headphones, with a quiet space for voice-based tasks.
- Ability to produce your own ratings and written explanations without using AI tools.
