We're looking for reliable and motivated Warehouse Assistants to join our Crestmead Distribution Centre team. Starting at 6:00am, you'll help ensure children's books are accurately picked, packed and distributed to schools and families across Australia.

This is a genuine casual position with peak workloads typically aligned to school terms and Book Week. It is ideal for people seeking seasonal or flexible work arrangements. Applicants with current LF Forklift Licences and experience in high-volume distribution centre operations may also be considered for future permanent opportunities within our warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities

- Stock replenishment and inventory movement
- Picking, packing and pricing customer orders
- Manual handling of cartons and products
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised warehouse
- Working as part of a team to meet daily targets
- General warehouse duties as required

About You

You will:

- Be reliable, punctual and safety-focused
- Work efficiently and accurately in a quick-paced environment
- Be physically capable of repetitive manual handling tasks
- Be available to work multiple days during peak periods
- Have a positive attitude and strong team ethic

The following will be highly regarded:

- Previous warehouse, distribution centre or logistics experience
- Experience in a medium to large-scale or bulk warehouse operation

Shortlisted candidates will undergo a recent work reference check, with a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen
