Fronditha Care is a longstanding Aged Care Provider that focuses on providing unique, culturally and linguistically diverse services to a wide range of clients within a multicultural environment. We are currently seeking motivated and experienced Registered Nurses to join our team. We are seeking a Registered Nurse to help provide compassionate support to residents in the Clayton site.

You will be a passionate advocate for excellent clinical care that enables our residents to maintain their independence and dignity for as long as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

- Medication management
- Liaising with allied health professionals
- Individualised care of residents to achieve the best quality of life for all of our residents
- Communicating clearly and compassionately, providing united support with family members about care and care needs
- Management of staff including EEN'S and PCW'S
- Managing complex health care needs to reach long term positive outcomes for residents

Your Profile:

- Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA
- Minimum of 12 Month's Experience in the Aged Care sector (preferred)
- iCare system experience an advantage
- Sound knowledge and commitment to the Aged Care Quality Standards and work health safety systems
- Demonstrated unconditional focus on care outcomes for the residents
- Genuine care for people and personal qualities that align to our client’s values and mission
- Demonstrated supervisory experience within a clinical setting




- Familiarity with residential assessment, AN-ACC and clinical documentation
