Selph Health Studios is a multidisciplinary health and wellness studio known for an integrative, progressive and holistic approach to health.

Our team of 18+ practitioners offers more than 20 services, supporting clients across physical, emotional, energetic, nutritional and movement-based care, from Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Acupuncture and Naturopathy through to Emotional Wellbeing therapies, Massage, movement therapies, Yoga and Pilates.

With around 900 appointments each month, Selph has an established, engaged client community and a strong culture of cross-referral between practitioners. The studio is known for its calm, considered environment, exceptional client care and collaborative culture, and we actively encourage practitioners to develop new services alongside the team.

The Opportunity

We are expanding our energy and restorative wellbeing offering and are looking for an experienced Reiki Practitioner, Craniosacral Therapist, or a practitioner in a closely related, established energy-based modality.

This is a contractor role: open one day a week or several. It suits an established practitioner who wants to work independently in a high-quality multidisciplinary studio, while being part of a wider practitioner team and benefiting from Selph's client base, marketing and referral network. There is genuine scope to collaborate with other practitioners on integrated treatment offerings over time.

About You

- You have a grounded, professional approach to your work.




- You are confident holding space for clients, communicate clearly and sensitively, and understand ethical, client-centred practice and appropriate professional boundaries.
- You value working alongside other disciplines and want to contribute to a progressive, collaborative studio.

Requirements

- Practitioner-level training and certification in Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy or another relevant energy-based modality
- Demonstrated experience with clients in private practice, a wellness studio or a similar setting
- Current professional indemnity and public liability insurance
- An ABN and the ability to operate as an independent contractor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High emotional intelligence and a professional approach to client care

How It Works

- Flexible contractor role: open one or multiple days a week, with Selph operating Monday to Sunday.
- Structure your sessions to suit your modality, within Selph's standards of client care and professional practice.
- Collaborate with other practitioners on complementary or combined services.
- Arrange an approved substitute practitioner for holidays or extended leave.
