iREACH Rural Health is seeking a People & Policy Lead in Murray Bridge on a full time, ongoing basis. You will support the entire employee lifecycle, coordinate recruitment and HR processes, and help develop and review organisational policies to ensure compliance with legislative and accreditation requirements.
Reporting to the CEO and Leadership Team, the role includes executive support to the CEO and Board, involvement in staff engagement initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
