We are looking for a hands-on Restoration Technician who can lead restoration works on site, work independently, and deliver high-quality outcomes for clients and insurers. This is a great opportunity to join a growing and highly reputable restoration company with real long-term prospects.

What you’ll do

- Lead and carry out water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, mould remediation, and storm damage restoration
- Perform extraction, drying, strip-out, and make-safe works
- Install, monitor, and maintain drying equipment
- Complete accurate job notes, reports, and site documentation
- Communicate professionally with clients, insurers,



and internal teams
- Support and mentor junior restoration technicians when required

What we’re looking for

- Proven experience in restoration or insurance restoration
- Strong knowledge of water damage, fire damage, mould remediation, and storm damage
- Ability to work independently and manage jobs on site
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Current driver’s licence
- IICRC or equivalent qualifications highly regarded
- Reliable, organised, and detail-focused approach
