We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager to organise and control the day-to-day operations of the store, lead our team and deliver a excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities Manage all store operations, including opening and closing procedures, trading performance and customer service standards Recruit, train, supervise and roster store staff Monitor stock levels, order from suppliers and control wastage and cost of goods Manage store budgets, cash handling, banking and sales reporting Set and implement sales and promotional strategies to meet targets Ensure compliance with food safety, work health and safety, and shopping centre requirements Handle customer feedback and resolve issues Liaise with centre management, suppliers and head office/owners Skills and experience required 1-3 years’ experience managing a retail or food retail store, including supervising a team Diploma or higher in retail, business or hospitality management, or an equivalent combination of qualifications and experience Demonstrated skills in rostering, inventory control, cash management and budget reporting Knowledge of food safety and WHS obligations (Food Safety Supervisor certification, or willingness to obtain) Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills Availability for rostered shifts including weekends, public holidays and centre trading hours Full working rights in Australia How to apply Applications directly on the job ad.
