Hatch Home is seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our Busselton showroom.

Hatch Home is a premium furniture and homewares retailer focused on delivering exceptional customer service, beautifully presented showrooms and high-quality products. Our team works closely with customers to provide thoughtful product advice and styling guidance, helping them create spaces they truly love.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a strong leader who can manage day-to-day store operations while supporting the sales team to deliver sales growth and outstanding customer experiences.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Store Manager you will be responsible for the daily operation of the Busselton showroom. You will lead and support the sales team, maintain exceptional showroom presentation, and ensure a seamless experience for customers from initial enquiry through to delivery.

You will work closely with the Directors and Operations Manager to ensure the store operates efficiently while achieving strong commercial outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and support the showroom sales team
- Assist with training and development of sales staff
- Maintain exceptional showroom presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Lead the showroom environment by example and help create a positive, high-performance team culture
- Managing store rostering,



day-to-day store administration and reporting
- Monitor store performance and team sales targets
- Oversee stock levels and showroom inventory reporting
- Manage customer care enquiries and warranty procedures
- Ensure smooth communication between showroom, warehouse and management
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and the wider team

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

- Proven experience as a retail Store Manager
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to lead and motivate a small retail team
- Confidence using POS systems and retail software
- Interest in furniture, interiors or providing styling advice to customers
- Flexibility to work some weekends and peak retail periods

As part of the role, occasional assistance may be required with moving or preparing furniture within the showroom or warehouse environment.
