DCS Earthworks is seeking experienced and reliable concrete sleeper retaining wall installers to join our team. We service the entire Gold Coast, delivering earthworks and retaining wall projects for residential and commercial clients.
We’re looking for people who take pride in their work, have a robust work ethic and can help deliver quality results from site preparation through to the finished wall.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting out retaining walls and checking measurements, levels and alignment.
- Preparing sites, excavating footings and installing steel posts.
- Installing concrete sleepers, drainage and backfill.
- Reading and following site plans and project specifications.
- Using tools and equipment safely and maintaining a tidy worksite.
- Working with the team to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.
- Confidence with setting out, levels, post installation and sleeper placement.
- A current White Card.
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.
- The ability to carry out physical work in an outdoor environment.
- Reliability, punctuality and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience operating excavators or posi-tracks, or installing fencing, will be highly regarded.
