United Roof Masters Pty Ltd Roof Plumbers will be undertaking the following duties: Examining drawings, blueprints and technical diagrams and work orders to determine the layout of roof drainage systems and calculating material requirement. Designing, installing, maintaining, and repairing piping, eaves and guttering on roofs of residential, commercial and industrial buildings. Constructing roof flashing, ductwork joints, angled gutters and stop ends.
Installing roof sheeting, drainage components, wall cladding, skylights and ventilators. Installing rainwater tanks and other collection devices. Repairing and maintaining roof drainage and storm water disposal systems including guttering, downpipes, roof flashing and roof coverings.
Estimating the amounts, types, or costs of needed materials and repairs. Following WHS policy, procedures and requirements and conducting all tasks in a safe and responsible manner The positions will report to the Director/Site Manager. The job will be full-time, with hours worked between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.
Successful applicants would have: Qualifications including certificate III or IV in drainage or plumbing or any other relevant area of study. Minimum 1 year relevant work experience with formal qualifications or at least 3 years of relevant work experience in lieu of formal qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
