Role Description The Sales Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Melbourne, VIC, responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers in the food, dairy, brewing, and pharmaceutical sectors. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and recommending appropriate conveyor components. The role involves proactive lead generation, preparing quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, and following up to secure orders.

Manager will collaborate with internal teams on order processing, delivery schedules, and product inquiries,



while monitoring customer satisfaction and resolving issues promptly. This position also requires regular reporting on sales activities, market trends, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

- Proven skills in Account Management and Customer Service to manage ongoing relationships and support client needs.
- Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through responsive communication and problem-solving.
- Experience with Lead Generation and Communication to identify new business opportunities and present solutions effectively.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities within B2B or industrial product environments.
- Knowledge of or interest in food, dairy, brewing, or pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and components.
- Comfort working on-site with customers and internal teams in Melbourne, VIC.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Relevant qualification in business, sales, engineering, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
