US$135,000 Base + Up to 35% Annual Bonus + US$1,000 Monthly Car Allowance A Sales Director / Regional Sales Director / Head of Sales – Australia is required to lead sales and market development across Australia within the power generation and electrical equipment sector.

The Sales Director will take ownership of the Australian sales strategy, developing relationships with customers, engineering contractors and distribution partners across industries including mining, energy, utilities, infrastructure and construction.

This position combines hands-on technical sales with strategic leadership, giving the successful candidate responsibility for developing current business, negotiating major contracts and building a sales team as the business grows.

Based in Sydney, the role involves travel throughout Australia and international collaboration with US-based leadership, Engineering and Operations teams.

The Sales Director / Regional Sales Director / Head of Sales – Australia Role:

- Develop and execute the sales and market development strategy across Australia, targeting power generation, mining, utilities, infrastructure and industrial markets.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, developing relationships with major customers, EPC contractors, consulting engineers and distribution partners.
- Take responsibility for regional revenue, margin, order intake, sales forecasting and commercial performance.
- Lead major tenders,



commercial negotiations and contract discussions with customers and partners.
- Build, manage and develop the Australian sales team as the regional business expands.
- Work closely with international Engineering, Operations and Logistics teams to support technical solutions, product compliance and customer requirements.
- Identify market opportunities, monitor competitor activity and contribute to regional product and pricing strategy.
- Represent the business at industry exhibitions, conferences and customer meetings.

Sales Director / Regional Sales Director / Head of Sales – Australia Requirements:

- Experience as a Sales Director, Regional Sales Director, Head of Sales, National Sales Manager or similar senior technical sales leader.
- Proven B2B sales experience within power generation, generators, energy, mining equipment or heavy industrial equipment markets in Australia.
- Established relationships within the Australian power generation, energy, mining or heavy equipment industry.
- Demonstrated success developing new markets, securing major customers and building sales channels or teams.
- Strong technical understanding of generator sets, power generation equipment and electrical distribution solutions.
- Experience managing major commercial negotiations, tenders, sales forecasts and revenue targets.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with international leadership teams.
- Current Australian driver licence and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
