As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated, organised and enthusiastic person to join our team in a varied Sales Support, Administration and Marketing role.

About the Role

This is a diverse role combining internal sales support, customer service, office administration and marketing.

You will work closely with our external sales team and management, helping to maintain customer relationships, follow up business opportunities, coordinate daily administrative tasks and support the company's marketing activities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable communicating with customers and has an interest in both sales and marketing. It is primarily a support and coordination role rather than a target-driven sales position.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide internal sales support and general office administration.
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Follow up on sales leads, quotations and prospective customers.
- Provide ongoing administrative and customer service support to the external sales team.




- Assist with social media updates and the creation of basic marketing content.
- Assist with basic accounts data entry, including entering invoices and maintaining accurate records.

About You

- Previous experience in sales support, internal sales, customer service or marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in handling customer enquiries and following up on business opportunities.
- Good written English and attention to detail.
- Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable using social media and creating basic marketing content.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience in the construction, building or window and door industry will be highly regarded.
