Key Responsibilities

- Configure and validate agreed SAP CDC capabilities and customer identity journeys.
- Prepare field mappings, transformation rules and configuration documentation.
- Support API/integration validation, migration reconciliation and error analysis.
- Execute unit testing and support SIT/E2E testing, defect resolution and regression validation.
- Support cutover rehearsals, deployment, production validation and hypercare activities.

- Configured CDC components and configuration workbook. • Field mapping and migration-validation inputs. • Unit-test evidence and defect-resolution documentation. • Integration/SIT support artefacts. • Deployment and operational handover inputs.

Required Skills and Experience

- 4-6 years of overall experience in SAP Customer Data Cloud
- Minimum 1 end-to-end SAP CDC implementation experience.
- Hands-on experience configuring registration/login flows, profiles, consent, preferences and identity-related components.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, customer identity data and integration concepts.
- Experience in unit testing, defect analysis and configuration documentation.

Desired Skills and Experience





- SAP CDC certification or relevant SAP CX certification.
- Experience with customer-data migration, reconciliation and integration with portals or SAP CX applications.
- Exposure to cutover, production deployment and hypercare.
