SAP Reporting & Analytics Lead – S/4HANA

We are seeking an experienced SAP Reporting and Analytics Lead to join a major SAP S/4HANA transformation program with a leading Australian organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the reporting and analytics workstream, leading the design, development and delivery of enterprise reporting solutions across SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Datasphere and embedded analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the SAP reporting and analytics workstream across a major S/4HANA implementation.

- Define the reporting strategy and architecture across SAP SAC, Datasphere and S/4HANA embedded analytics.

- Oversee the design and delivery of reports, dashboards, KPIs and analytical data models.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to SAP reporting and analytics consultants.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, prioritise and translate reporting requirements into technical solutions.

- Establish reporting governance, data quality and reconciliation standards.

- Manage reporting testing activities, including SIT, UAT and reconciliation.

- Drive reporting simplification and standardisation aligned with SAP best practices.

- Support cutover, go-live and post-implementation hypercare.

Skills and Experience Required





- Proven experience leading SAP Reporting and Analytics workstreams on at least one full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation.

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Datasphere.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA embedded analytics, CDS Views and Fiori analytical applications.

- Strong understanding of SAP data models and functional areas including FI/CO, MM, SD and PP.

- Experience designing enterprise reporting architectures, dashboards and analytical data models.

- Demonstrated experience leading technical consultants and working with implementation partners.

- Strong knowledge of reporting governance, data quality, reconciliation and testing.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.

- Ability to combine hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership.
