Multicap is seeking a hands-on Job Coach at our Rocklea site to help people with disability build skills, confidence and independence in a supported warehouse setting. You will coach employees, support production tasks and ensure safety and quality, with shifts around daytime hours for approximately 20 hours per week in a casual arrangement.
