The Role For the job, we are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and genuinely enjoy providing hospitality to guests. We pride ourselves on warm, personable, yet efficient service.
This is someone who is self-sufficient in a section, who can connect with tables, confidently guide guests through food and beverage selections, and ultimately, sustaining an enjoyable experience from when they enter to the moment they leave.
- Ability to independently look after a section comprising of 8-10 tables
- Welcome and engage with guests, making them feel comfortable and well looked after
- Confidently explain the menu, guide guests through ordering and make thoughtful food and drink recommendations
- Assisting in daily operations (incl. opening, closing, cleaning)
About You
- Minimum ONE year in a similar role
- Evening availability (weekends beneficial)
- Great communication and inter-personal skills
- Proactive mindset and ability to problem-solve
- Attention to detail and ability to anticipate guests' needs
- Ability to work collaboratively in a busy, fast-paced service environment
- Organised and calm temperament in a busy service environment
- A passion for food, wine and hospitality
