Join a hands-on technical team installing, programming, configuring, testing and commissioning integrated security, communications and cabling systems across a range of projects. This role suits a practical and adaptable technician who takes pride in delivering quality work, whether working independently or as part of a team. Ability to work locally and in country regions desired for ongoing projects and works
Key responsibilities
- Installing, program and test security and access control systems, including Integriti and TECOM.
- Installing Cat 6 and Cat 6A cabling, including terminations and testing.
- Installing optical fibre systems.
- Installing, configuring and test CCTV systems - hik, AXIS, Avigilon, Hanwha to name a few
- Install and commission nurse call systems MERLON and Nesscom
- Install and test MATV systems.
- Install and test intercom systems.
- Work safely and efficiently while maintaining high-quality installation standards.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during installation, testing and commissioning.
What we're looking for
Required licenses for security and network cabling work.
- A valid driver's license.
- Australian residency.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment or independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
