We are looking for reliable and professional Christmas Casual Security Officers to support our team during the busy holiday period. This is a great opportunity for security professionals looking for additional work and flexible shifts.

- Flexible casual shifts available across weekdays, weekends, public holidays and the Christmas/New Year period.
- Opportunity for ongoing casual work beyond the festive season for suitable candidates.

About the Role

As a Christmas Casual Security Officer, you will play an key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment while delivering excellent customer service.

You will be responsible for providing a professional security presence, conducting patrols, responding to incidents, and supporting the smooth operation of the site during the busy festive period.

Award Level: 2

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of people, property and assets.
- Provide a professional, approachable and customer-focused security presence.




- Respond to incidents, alarms, emergencies and requests for assistance.
- Identify potential risks and take appropriate action in line with site procedures.
- Monitor site activities and maintain compliance with security protocols.
- Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records.
- Support a safe and positive experience for customers, clients and staff.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A valid Australian Security Licence.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Previous security experience (retail security experience highly regarded).
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekdays, weekends, public holidays and varying hours.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures.
- A reliable and punctual work history.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
