The role
You'll lead a small team. You'll own a portfolio of around $700k to $800k, looking after the larger and more complex clients in the book.
This isn't a desk-bound servicing role. The business wants a senior who gets in front of clients, builds relationships and goes after new business.
You'll work alongside long-standing team members who have been with the business for 20 years. There's plenty of knowledge in the room, and people share it.
What you'll do
- Manage and grow a commercial portfolio of larger commercial clients
- Lead your team and share the workload
- Get on the phone and out to meetings with clients
- Find and write recent business
- Handle renewals, placements and market negotiations
- Work closely with the in-house claims team
