Role : Senior Angular Developer / Software Engineer (Developer)

Contract Details

- Initial Contract Duration: 12 months
- Extension Term: Up to a maximum of 24 months (2 × 12 months)
- Location of Work: QLD, ACT, VIC, NSW, SA
- Working Arrangements: Hybrid
- Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1)

Job Details

1. Software Engineers have experience overseeing software development projects, writing optimised code, and providing technical leadership to a team of software engineers. They are responsible for the quality and functionality of the software produced by their team.
2. Development professionals design, create, test and document software systems and applications in accordance with agreed development and security standards and processes.
3. Development Experts lead software development projects and provide technical leadership to their teams. They manage software planning, development, and construction activities,



and evaluate and resolve complex issues within the development and production environments.
4. Development experts are responsible for the quality and functionality of software, ensuring adherence to relevant standards, guidelines, and methods for system development.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Duties may include some or all of the following:

1. Lead and create software and technical designs for the realisation of highly complex development solutions, provide specialist technical advice on software development and maintenance.
2. Lead analysis, design, software development, prototyping, unit testing and maintenance activities.
3. Review and undertake high-level analysis of technical requirements to support project evaluation with proposed solutions.
4. Identify, investigate and resolve Angular/Node.js related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
5. Provide technical advice and mentoring to junior developers.
6. Participate in system upgrades, patching and performance testing.
7. Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
8. Develop and deliver on projects within the assigned area of responsibility.
9. Perform cost analysis activities as required.
10. Work collaboratively and embrace agile ways of working.
