The Role
This Senior Accounts Payable Officer position is an all-rounder AP role in a small AP team. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Manage end to end Accounts Payable across multiple entities
- Handle supplier payments, payment runs and supplier queries.
- Monitor invoice approvals and resolve purchase order, delivery docket and invoice discrepancies
supplier records and accurate cost allocations across projects, entities and cost centres
- Support month-end processes, including AP cut-off, accruals and general ledger reconciliations
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve AP processes, systems and operational efficiencies
Your Background To be considered for this Senior AP Officer role, you should have prior experience in broad AP Officer positions and possess the following attributes:
- Minimum of 5 years managing end-to-end accounts payable
- Strong Excel skills, including v-lookup and pivot tables
- Able to attend the office 5 days/week
