This team advises on complex front‑end finance transactions across a broad range of industries and have a pipeline of work with major global clients.

- Financings across national and international projects
- Leveraged and acquisition finance
- Real estate finance for private credit funds
- Debt restructurings and trade finance
- Cross‑border mandates for global financial institutions
