Make a difference in boarding life through hands-on leadership, pastoral care and genuine connection with young people.

We are seeking experienced and capable people to join our Boarding team as Senior Boarding and Pastoral Supervisors. These roles combine direct pastoral care with responsibility for leading shifts, supporting staff and helping provide a safe, positive and consistent experience for our boarders.

We have four positions available:

- Two (2) positions that include living on site in School-provided accommodation.
- Two (2) positions that do not require you to live on site, with accommodation provided when rostered for overnight on-call shifts.

All positions work 37.5 hours per week over 39 weeks per year.





We are looking for people with experience working with young people and the confidence to provide practical leadership and guidance within a busy residential workplace.
