Senior Civil Engineer/Project Manager

- Design Delivery and Project Management of Urban Development projects
- Responsibility for civil works specifications, engineering reports and tenders
- Undertaking regular interface and liaison with key clients and stakeholders, interface with all parties, manage approvals, site inspections, manage delivery of design
- Projects – residential subdivisions, commercial and industrial developments, public domain and infrastructure
- Understanding of related safety in design practices and processes
- Projects - urban development, subdivisions and public infrastructure
- Roads, drainage, water, sewer, pavement, utilities and bulk earthworks
- Good understanding of Service Authority design approval and construction standards
- Versatile working arrangements,

Seeking 7+years' experience in a civil engineering consultancy, Chartered or on the way to achieving. Technical project delivery and project management experience. Interested?
