Visy is seeking a recently graduated Chemical or Mechanical Engineer to join the Batch & Furnace team in Spotswood. This 2‑year fixed term contract provides a genuine pathway into glass manufacturing, starting on day shift as a Multi Skilled Operator and learning alongside experienced operators.
As you grow, you’ll support glass composition, recipe changes, material forecasting in SAP, and energy efficiency initiatives, with solid emphasis on safety and collaboration across teams.
