Eastern Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for GEM & Rehab@Home in Burwood East to deliver high-quality nursing care in patients' homes, under parental leave coverage. You will work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team, coordinating care according to policies and qualified guidelines.

Role includes wound care, medication management, clinical assessments, ECGs, pathology collection, and other nursing interventions.
