Salary: $110,000 – $160,000

- Analyze large volumes of data from multiple sources to identify patterns, growth opportunities, and the drivers behind changes in key metrics- Conduct product analysis and turn insights into clear, actionable recommendations for the business- Own A/B tests end-to-end: contribute to hypothesis development, define success metrics, ensure experiment quality, and interpret results- Evaluate the impact of product changes and help teams make data-informed decisions- Build data marts for analytical and reporting needs- Create and maintain dashboards in Tableau- Use SQL and Python to process, explore, and analyze data- Present insights and recommendations to product teams, business stakeholders, and C-level executives- Translate complex analytical findings into clear business language and support recommendations with dataRequirements- Strong SQL skills and hands‑on experience working independently with large datasets- Solid knowledge of statistics and the ability to apply it to product and business decisions- Hands‑on experience designing, running,
