About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Developer to join an established Perth-based organisation delivering enterprise applications and digital solutions.

This is a hands-on development role focused on Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CRM, enterprise integrations and software engineering. You'll take ownership of designing, developing and enhancing business-critical applications while contributing to technical improvements across the organisation.

The role will suit an experienced Senior Software Developer or Senior Power Platform Developer with strong enterprise development experience, hands-on Power Platform expertise and a broader software engineering background.

You Should Have

- Minimum 8 years' commercial experience in enterprise software development
- Hands-on development experience across Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse – all essential
- Experience with at least one additional technology, including C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Azure, SharePoint/Microsoft 365 or SQL
- Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, ETL and workflow automation
- Experience with DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines and agile software delivery
- Ability to independently design, develop and maintain complex enterprise applications
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder engagement and technical mentoring skills

Nice to Have

- Dynamics 365 CRM development and customisation experience
- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps and cloud-based integrations
- Relevant Microsoft certifications or experience across multiple enterprise development technologies





Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test and enhance enterprise applications and digital solutions
- Build and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse
- Develop and support Dynamics 365 CRM applications
- Design and implement integrations using APIs, Azure services and custom development technologies
- Troubleshoot complex application issues and contribute to technical improvements
- Support DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines and software development standards
- Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders, providing guidance and mentoring to other developers

Working Arrangements

- Full-time, 12-month fixed-term position

- Salary up to $170,000 + superannuation, with flexibility for exceptional candidates
