About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Finance and Business Performance, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading and supporting the Finance Team across accounts payable, receivable, bookkeeping and reporting
- 3-5 years of people management experience is required for this leadership position
- Preparing monthly financial and board reports, budgets, and statutory returns
- Contributing to year-end financial reporting, audits, and compliance requirements
- Partnering with senior management on financial insights, cost analysis and investment decisions
- Driving continuous improvement in financial controls, processes and reporting

What We're Looking For





You'll thrive in this role if you have:
- A tertiary qualification in Accounting and CPA (or equivalent) membership or eligibility
- Current CPA membership is required at the time of application
- Strong experience in financial accounting, reporting and compliance
- A minimum of 3-5 years of financial accounting experience is required
- Exposure to large ERP systems such as SAP
- Solid understanding of Australian accounting standards and taxation requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- A collaborative, team-focused approach and the ability to lead and mentor others
