Profectus is seeking multiple experienced Senior Full Stack Developers to lead development of analytical web applications. The applications draw on enterprise data sources and user inputs to provide scenario analysis, modelling and decision support for senior leadership. The work covers technical leadership, full stack development, data integration, DevOps and application modernisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain full stack analytical applications and decision support systems
- Lead technical implementation across application development, integration, automation and deployment pipelines
- Contribute to solution architecture, technical design decisions and implementation approaches
- Lead one of three workstreams: feature enhancement, data migration and integration, or cyber security uplift
- Develop data ingestion, transformation and integration patterns that connect applications to enterprise and ERP data sources
- Lead Angular and Svelte upgrade and transition work, bringing codebases into line with security and architecture standards
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
- Support hosting environments, infrastructure automation, monitoring and release planning
- Support the transition of applications from outsourced delivery to in-house capability
- Mentor developers and provide technical leadership within cross-functional teams
- Contribute to software engineering standards, patterns, tooling and practices

Required Experience





- Minimum 10 years of software development experience
- SQL development, including 3NF design
- .NET back-end delivery, including RDBMS data integration
- API architectures
- Full stack JavaScript development with Angular, React, Vue or Svelte, ideally Angular and Svelte
- DevOps, including pipeline execution, repository and branch management, automated testing and vulnerability scanning
- Unit and integration testing
- Agile delivery, preferably Scrum
- At least one of: large-scale refactoring or migration, a security or platform upgrade affecting a whole codebase, core functionality uplift, or refactoring data sources from legacy applications to ERP platforms

Desirable Experience

- Data warehouse development
- Logistics systems, especially in a SAP workplace
- Defence experience in capability development, sustainment or operational planning
- ISM and PSPF, application security and hardening
- Team lead or lead developer roles within a product delivery program

Security Clearance Requirements

- Must be an Australian Citizen
- Must have a current AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance (or higher)
