We're looking for a talented housekeeping professional whose ready for more than just delivering exceptional rooms. This is for someone who has perfected the art of a Room Attendant, enjoys helping team members succeed and is looking to take the next step in their leadership journey

You'll play a key role in setting standards, supporting team performance and helping shape the guest experience across Australia's only stadium hotel. If you're known for your attention to detail, solid work ethic and willingness to step up when needed, we'd love to hear from you.

About the role

This is a hands-on role where you'll support the day-to-day operation of the Housekeeping team, helping to coordinate priorities, coach team members and ensure guest rooms and public areas consistently meet Oval Hotel's standards.

What you'll be doing

- Supporting and guiding Room Attendants and Housepersons throughout each shift
- Conducting room inspections and quality checks
- Coordinating daily work priorities, rosters and team allocations
- Coaching team members and assisting with on-the-job training
- Working alongside the team to maintain exceptional housekeeping standards




- Contributing to a positive, supportive and high-performing team culture

What you'll bring

- Experience in hotel housekeeping, ideally within a premium or luxury environment
- Experience leading or coordinating team members
- A strong track record of maintaining exceptional room presentation and standards
- Outstanding attention to detail and a hands-on approach
- Confidence providing direction, coaching and feedback to team members

Please note out-of-hours work is a requirement of this role in line with the business's operational needs, including working days, weekends and public holidays.
