What You’ll Do As the commercial lead for Cartology's go-to-market (GTM) infrastructure within Revenue Operations, the Senior Manager for GTM Sales Systems & Automation drives scalable CRM, deal management, AI, and sales intelligence solutions. Acting as the translation layer between GTM strategy and technical delivery, this strategic role partners with Tech and Data to co-define requirements, accelerate sales performance, and ensure seamless business readiness.

Measured by adoption and commercial outcomes, your role will champion automation, protect selling time, and optimise pipeline forecasting across the business.

Key Accountabilities Include

- Sales Technology Playbook: Lead the commercial rollout of CRM, deal management, and AI tools to drive adoption and commercial impact.
- Workflow Optimization: Shape deal management workflows to remove friction, accelerate sales, and help sellers win faster.
- Voice of the Seller: Gather frontline feedback to translate sales team needs into technology roadmaps with Tech and Data partners.
- Readiness & Enablement:



Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure current releases land with robust training, support, and minimal disruption.
- Strategy & Vision: Author long-term GTM systems roadmaps, track adoption KPIs, and lead data-driven business reviews with leadership.
- Global Innovation & Agility: Identify world-class retail media solutions and demonstrate agility in tackling high-priority strategic opportunities across Cartology.

What You’ll Bring

- Platform Expertise: Strong working knowledge of CRM and order management platforms like Salesforce and Ad Vendio within complex enterprise environments.
- GTM & Deal Management: Proven experience optimizing pipeline and deal workflows from initial opportunity through proposal, approval, and final booking.
- Change Delivery: Demonstrated track record in managing business readiness, user testing, training, and sustained adoption for new technology releases.
- Solution Design: Ability to translate complex commercial sales workflows and frontline pain points into practical system requirements and designs.
- Automation & Analytics: Practical experience applying automation, AI tools, and data-driven KPIs to enhance sales workflows and leadership dashboards.
- Stakeholder Management: Skill in aligning cross-functional business units and managing external technology vendors to deliver unified roadmaps.
