This Allied Health skilled is an integral part of the multidisciplinary health care team providing, planning and delivering comprehensive, high-quality care to patients and clients of the Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD), to support management of their health needs and to promote wellness.?
The Level 3 Senior Occupational Therapist is responsible for providing a range of high-level assessment, therapeutic and preventative Occupational Therapy services in the identified specialty area, within scope, according to relevant models of care and priorities. You will demonstrate advanced reasoning skills and operate with minimal direct clinical supervision.
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration
Advanced clinical knowledge, skills and experience within the required specialty area, with an emphasis on evidence-based practice
Strong time management skills, written and verbal communication, and IT skills including the ability or willingness to use TeleHealth software A Class C Drivers Licence and willingness to travel for work purposes
