The Opportunity – Adelaide

We're looking for experienced recruiters with a strong background in blue-collar recruitment,

managing both temporary and permanent placements.

You'll have the opportunity to:

- Manage and develop your own 360 recruitment desk.
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Recruit across trades, construction, engineering and industrial sectors.
- Develop strong candidate networks and talent pipelines.
- Work alongside an experienced and supportive team.




- Take ownership of your desk and contribute to the continued growth of our Adelaide business.

What we're looking for

- Proven agency recruitment experience at Principal or Senior Consultant level.
- Strong 360 recruitment experience, including business development.
- Experience recruiting blue-collar roles, ideally across trades, construction, engineering or

industrial sectors.
- A good understanding of temporary and permanent recruitment.
- Someone who enjoys building relationships, winning business and delivering results.
- A positive, motivated and team-focused approach.
