The Role You'll be responsible for end-to-end management of your portfolio, including:
- Building strong relationships with rental providers and renters
- Managing maintenance, repairs and property compliance




- Coordinating routine inspections, leasing and tenancy matters
- Handling rent reviews, lease renewals and arrears
- Ensuring your portfolio runs smoothly while delivering exceptional customer service

About You
- Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio
- Solid knowledge of Victorian rental legislation
- Confident using PropertyMe or similar software
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Current Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate and driver's licence
