Due to continued growth, Delonix Solutions is seeking experienced Senior Structural Designers to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the successful delivery of a complex EPC project, supporting concrete design from concept through to execution. As a senior member of the design team, you will execute structural modelling and drafting activities, provide technical guidance and help deliver innovative, fit-for-purpose design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and review structural steel and concrete designs, drawings and 3D models for mining and industrial projects.
- Coordinate structural design activities and collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering and design teams.
- Ensure design deliverables meet project requirements, applicable standards and client specifications.
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical guidance on structural modelling, detailing and drafting activities.
- Incorporate safety,



constructability and maintainability considerations into design solutions.

What You'll Bring?

- 5+ years' experience in structural design and drafting within mining, industrial or EPCM environments.
- Must have demonstrable experience producing concrete design deliverables.
- Qualification in Structural Design, Civil Engineering, Drafting or a related discipline is desirable.
- Advanced proficiency with Tekla Structures, AutoCAD and related design software.
- Strong understanding of structural detailing, design documentation and industry standards.
