HVAC Australia is looking for an organised, switched-on Service Coordinator to join our Brisbane team. You’ll be the central link between our customers, our field technicians and our office, making sure every job is booked, scheduled and completed smoothly.

What you’ll be doing

- Scheduling and dispatching quoted, maintenance and breakdown jobs for our field technicians
- Taking customer calls and emails, logging service requests and keeping customers updated
- Managing technician calendars to make the best use of time and travel
- Coordinating parts, materials and subcontractors so jobs are ready to go
- Following up on job completion, paperwork and invoicing
- Fleet management of vehicles
- Training compliance for field staff




- Prioritising urgent callouts and juggling changing priorities on the fly

What we’re looking for

- Experience in service coordination, scheduling or dispatch, ideally in HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing or another trade or field-service setting
- Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail
- Confident, friendly phone manner and clear written communication
- Comfortable using job management software – we use simPRO & Microsoft Office Suite
- A calm, solutions-focused approach when the day doesn’t go to plan
- HVAC or trade knowledge is a bonus, but not essential. We’ll train the right person
