About the Roles

Service Manager - Dalwallinu (Case Dealership)

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Service Manager will lead the Dalwallinu Service Department and play a key role in driving workshop performance, customer satisfaction and team development.

Key responsibilities include

- Leading, mentoring and supporting Technicians and Apprentices

- Managing workshop productivity, labour recovery and service profitability

- Coordinating workflow, scheduling and resource allocation

- Building strong customer relationships and providing exceptional service

- Managing departmental budgets, KPIs and financial performance

- Supporting recruitment, training and employee development

- Ensuring compliance with WHS and dealership standards

- Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the department

This position would suit an experienced Service Manager, Foreman, Leading Hand or Workshop Supervisor looking to take the next step in their career.

Salary package to be negotiated pending skills & experience.

This role will require relocation to Dalwallinu or nearby shires, unless local to the area. Housing and relocation assistance available if required.





Service Technician - Brookton (New Holland Dealership)

Reporting to the Service Manager, the Service Technician will perform diagnostic, repair and maintenance work on a broad range of agricultural machinery and equipment.

Key responsibilities include

- Diagnosing and repairing agricultural machinery and equipment

- Performing scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance

- Identifying faults using diagnostic tools and OEM systems

- Completing work orders and service documentation accurately

- Maintaining a safe and organised work environment

- Providing high-quality workmanship and customer service

- Participating in OEM product and technical training

- Assisting with field service work as required

This role would suit a qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic, Agricultural Technician, Automotive Technician or someone with relevant mechanical experience looking to further develop their skills within the agricultural industry.

Hourly rate subject to skills & experience.

This position will require relocation to Brookton town or nearby shires, unless local to the area. Housing and relocation assistance available if required.

About You

Service Manager Applicants To be successful you will have:

- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a workshop environment

- Solid communication and customer service skills

- Experience managing workflow, staff and workshop operations

- Sound computer literacy and administrative skills





- Ability to lead and motivate a team

- Agricultural, automotive, transport or heavy diesel industry experience

- Trade qualifications highly regarded

Service Technician Applicants To be successful you will have:

- Relevant trade qualification

- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

- Commitment to quality workmanship and safety

- Ability to work independently and within a team

- Current Australian Driver's Licence

- Agricultural or heavy diesel experience highly regarded
