Why this is an exciting opportunity

Senior Analytics Analyst will partner with key stakeholders across the business to translate complex business challenges into practical, data-driven solutions and actionable insights.

This role combines hands‑on analytics with strategic business partnering. You will develop scalable analytics solutions, apply advanced analytical and statistical techniques, and use data to support better decision-making and measurable improvements in business performance.

Working closely with Data Strategy & Analytics and stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Product, Operations, Technology, Distribution and Business Development, you will act as a trusted analytics partner and help embed data-led decision‑making across the organisation.

What you’ll be doing

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, business challenges and opportunities where analytics can add value.
- Design and develop reliable, scalable analytics solutions that address business needs and support measurable outcomes.
- Analyse complex datasets and translate findings into clear, objective and actionable business insights.




- Apply advanced statistical and analytical techniques to identify opportunities and improve business processes, decision-making and performance.
- Build a solid understanding of the organisation’s data landscape and identify relevant data assets to support business initiatives.
- Work closely with Data Strategy & Analytics teams, including data development and visualisation specialists, to deliver end-to-end analytics initiatives.
- Act as a key connection between the broader analytics function and business stakeholders, helping assess and prioritise strategic programmes and ad‑hoc analytics requests.
- Coordinate dependencies including resourcing, technical requirements and delivery schedules, and communicate these effectively to stakeholders.
- Support strategic initiatives and client opportunities through detailed analysis, commercial insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence key decisions using evidence-based insights.
- Communicate complex analytical findings clearly and persuasively to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Promote continuous improvement and identify opportunities to increase the maturity and effectiveness of analytics across the business.
