Hostplus is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives aimed at acquiring, engaging and retaining employers, intermediaries and members across the lifecycle.
You will collaborate with Client Relationships, Recent Business and Intermediary Distribution to translate insights into targeted campaigns, oversee communications, and manage portfolio campaigns within the Marketing Calendar. This is a 12-month max-term contract with hybrid-friendly options.
