The role welcomes practitioners at all experience and suitability levels, offering a pathway from core to advanced practice and a chance to make a real impact in participants’ independence and wellbeing.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred plans, drive goals and ensure ethical, non-restrictive practices across the support provided.
