White Industries in Dalby seeks an experienced Furnaceman/Furnace Operator to join our Melt shop. This full time role offers a 38-hour week (Mon-Fri) with regular overtime and reports to the Melt shop Team Leader.

You will operate and maintain furnaces, prepare molten metal for casting, monitor temperatures, and ensure quality while upholding safety standards and continuous improvement.
